Our revised ways of working
IMPORTANT UPDATE - NOVEMBER LOCKDOWN
After obtaining further guidance from our governing body, we need to update our clients on changes to the way we will be working from this Thursday, 5th November.
• We will be unable to allow clients inside the building and will be reverting to collecting your pets from the car park and taking payments over the phone. So please remain in your car and telephone us to let us know when you have arrived.
• We are no longer able to see routine appointments but can of course see unwell or injured pets and appointments will be triaged appropriately.
• Vaccinations - We can only see pets who were due their booster vaccinations in August and September as well as those who need their primary vaccinations, first annual boosters and rabbit vaccinations.
• Medication will need to be brought out to you in the car park so if you need to collect anything from us please call in advance to order and pay for this then call us when you arrive to collect. If you have any problem getting to us due to isolation or covid symptoms please do let our receptionists know when you call to order.
We are so sad that it is necessary for us to revert to lockdown ways of working but we're sure our clients will appreciate the need to keep us all safe and get us all through these difficult times.
We will of course be reviewing this from 2nd December in line with government guidelines and will keep everyone informed when anything changes.
